With 17 years of experience in aesthetics and medical aesthetics, Sarika Diaz has dedicated her career to helping patients achieve healthy, confident skin through science-backed treatments and personalized care. As the founder of True Skin Aesthetics, she specializes in corrective skincare, laser treatments, and treating skin of color, creating customized treatment plans that deliver safe, natural-looking results.
Sarika’s experience spans luxury day spas, medical spas, and award-winning plastic surgery practices, giving her a unique blend of relaxation-focused care and advanced clinical expertise. She is a Texas Licensed Aesthetician, Texas Licensed Laser Professional, and Certified Medical Laser Safety Officer, and has been educating the next generation of aesthetic professionals as an Aesthetics & Laser Instructor since 2022.
Beyond the treatment room, Sarika is recognized as a respected educator and industry leader. She serves as a Sciton Luminary and Key Opinion Leader, is a member of the inaugural Alastin Aesthetician Advisory Board, and has been selected to speak at leading industry conferences including the Science of Skincare Summit and Aesthetic Next. She is passionate about sharing evidence-based education on laser safety, combination therapies, and treating diverse skin tones.
Under Sarika’s leadership, True Skin Aesthetics has earned recognition as one of Houston’s premier aesthetic practices, including being voted Houston Chronicle’s Best Med Spa, Best Facial, and Best Non-Surgical Facial Procedure.

With nearly a decade of experience in aesthetics, Chloe Stauffer is passionate about helping clients feel confident through personalized skincare and results-driven treatments. An Aveda Esthiology graduate and Licensed Laser Professional, she combines a thoughtful, educational approach with advanced corrective treatments to create customized plans that fit each client’s unique skin goals.
Chloe specializes in acne, pigmentation, preventative aging, and maintaining healthy skin through customized facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and non-invasive laser treatments. She believes great results come from understanding the whole picture, taking the time to educate clients, set realistic expectations, and build treatment plans that evolve with their skin.
Since joining True Skin Aesthetics, Chloe has continued expanding her expertise through advanced training in laser technologies and corrective skincare, working alongside founder Sarika Diaz to provide evidence-based care with a patient-first approach.
Known for her calm personality and genuine compassion, Chloe strives to make every appointment a relaxing, welcoming experience where clients feel heard, supported, and confident in their skincare journey. Outside the treatment room, you’ll likely find her exploring local coffee shops, thrifting, crafting, or spending time with her cats.

As our Guest Experience Concierge and Medical Assistant, she helps keep every aspect of your visit running smoothly, from scheduling appointments and answering questions to assisting with clinical procedures and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully handled.
Before joining True Skin Aesthetics, Caitlyn spent over 10 years managing a successful hair salon, where she developed a passion for the beauty industry and exceptional client care. Her background in leadership, organization, and hospitality allows her to anticipate clients’ needs and create an elevated experience from check-in to check-out.
Working alongside our clinical team, Caitlyn plays an essential role behind the scenes by supporting patient care, treatment preparation, and daily office operations. Whether she’s coordinating your visit, assisting in the treatment room, or helping you select the right skincare products, her goal is to make every interaction feel effortless and personalized.
Known for her warm personality and attention to detail, Caitlyn loves building lasting relationships with clients and creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable, cared for, and excited to return.
