Dermaplane Enhancement
A physical exfoliation treatment designed to remove surface buildup and fine facial hair, leaving the skin smoother and more refined.
Superficial Chemical Peel Enhancement
A professional exfoliating treatment selected to support brighter, clearer, more refreshed skin.
Your monthly enhancement must accompany an appropriate qualifying skincare treatment and is selected based on provider discretion, clinical appropriateness, availability, and treatment timing.
Monthly enhancements must be used during the applicable calendar month and do not roll over.

Your Beauty Bank may accumulate up to $3,000. If a scheduled monthly contribution would cause the balance to exceed that amount, billing and promotional membership benefits pause until your balance has been reduced enough to accept another full monthly contribution.

6-Month Initial Commitment

Following the Initial Term, membership automatically continues month-to-month until canceled according to the membership agreement.
Your Beauty Bank Remains Yours
Paid Beauty Bank value does not disappear simply because it remains unused.
If your membership later ends, any remaining paid Beauty Bank balance remains available toward eligible treatments. Services are then redeemed at the current regular price, and active-member pricing and promotional privileges end.

Beauty Bank is a monthly membership designed for clients who want to invest consistently in their skin.

How much is Beauty Bank?
The regular membership investment is $250 per month.
Is the $250 a membership fee in addition to my treatments?
No. Each successful membership payment is credited dollar-for-dollar to your Beauty Bank for eligible in-office services.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Beauty Bank begins with a six-month Initial Term.
After the Initial Term, the membership continues month-to-month until canceled according to the membership agreement.
Can my Beauty Bank roll over from month to month?
Yes.
Your paid Beauty Bank balance may accumulate rather than being used every month.
The current Beauty Bank balance cap is $3,000.
Does my Beauty Bank expire?
Paid Beauty Bank value does not expire simply because it remains unused.

Can I use Beauty Bank funds toward skincare products?
No.
Beauty Bank funds are reserved for eligible in-office services.
Active members may receive preferred pricing on eligible medical-grade skincare purchased separately.
Can I use Beauty Bank toward gift cards?
No.
Beauty Bank funds may not be used toward gift cards, gratuities, taxes, services for another person, financing transactions, appointment deposits, or administrative fees.
Can someone else use my Beauty Bank?
No.
Beauty Bank memberships and balances are individual and nontransferable.
What is included in the monthly enhancement?
Active members may receive one dermaplane treatment or superficial chemical peel enhancement during each membership month.
The enhancement must accompany an appropriate qualifying skincare service and may not be scheduled as a standalone appointment.
Does my monthly enhancement roll over?
No.
Monthly enhancements must be used during the applicable calendar month. Unused enhancements expire and cannot be converted into Beauty Bank credit or cash.
Do I get 20% off every laser treatment?
Active members may receive up to 20% preferred pricing on eligible laser services and up to 10% on eligible non-laser services and skincare.
Eligibility is based on the current membership pricing schedule.
Can membership pricing be combined with a monthly promotion?
No.
Beauty Bank pricing and credits cannot be combined with monthly promotions, flash sales, event promotions, package savings, manufacturer rewards, or third-party financing programs.
Can I use Alle, Aspire, or another manufacturer reward with my membership?
No.
Manufacturer rewards and vouchers cannot be combined with Beauty Bank credits or membership pricing.
Can I use Cherry or another payment plan with Beauty Bank?
Beauty Bank credits and member pricing cannot be combined with third-party financing programs including Cherry, PatientFi, Affirm, Afterpay, or CareCredit.
What happens during my birthday month?
Active members may receive:
A $50 birthday treatment credit
A curated birthday gift with an anticipated retail value of at least $100
Both benefits must be used or collected during the birthday month and do not roll over.
Are model treatments guaranteed?
No.
Members may receive eligibility or early access to select model and training opportunities, but participation depends on availability, treatment requirements, scheduling, and clinical eligibility.
Can I freeze my membership?
Beauty Bank does not currently offer membership freezes.
How do I cancel?
After enrollment, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation becomes effective 30 days after the written request is received. Any scheduled monthly payment that falls within that notice period will still be processed and credited to your Beauty Bank.

What happens to my Beauty Bank if I cancel?
Your remaining paid Beauty Bank balance remains available for eligible services after the membership ends.
However, member pricing and promotional privileges end on the membership cancellation date, and future services are redeemed at current regular pricing.
Is there an early termination fee?
If a membership ends before completion of the Initial Term, an early termination charge may apply.
Under the membership agreement, the charge is the lesser of $250 or the unpaid regular membership fees scheduled through the end of the Initial Term, unless an approved exception applies.
What if I become pregnant, move, or can no longer receive my planned treatments?
Certain circumstances may qualify for management review, including pregnancy, relocation, documented medical contraindication, disability, financial hardship, or similar circumstances.
Approval is based on the terms of the membership agreement and may require documentation.
Do standard cancellation and no-show policies still apply?
Yes.
True Skin's standard appointment policies continue to apply to Beauty Bank members.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or qualifying late arrivals may result in a $100 fee charged to the card on file. Appointment fees are not deducted from the Beauty Bank.
Does Beauty Bank guarantee that I can receive any treatment I choose?
No.
All treatments remain subject to provider judgment, clinical appropriateness, contraindications, informed consent requirements, scheduling, equipment availability, and applicable law.
