My corrective skincare rule: treat the cause, not just the surface. ❤️‍🩹 When I’m seeing stubborn acne, melasma or inflammation, I need to dig deeper: 1. What can we treat topically? 2. What requires lifestyle support? 3. What needs medical/lab clarity? That’s where referrals come in. Not as a last resort but as a strategic move to get better answers: • hormonal imbalance • dietary triggers •vitamin deficiency • chronic stress + poor sleep • smoking & alcohol use • other lifestyle factors Because skincare is powerful… but it’s not magic.
